Danny for Celebrity Big Brother 2012?

McFly star Danny Jones has become the latest name to be linked with Celebrity Big Brother, following his bandmates’ success on other reality shows last month.

Pal Harry Judd triumphed on Strictly Come Dancing, while Dougie Poynter was a surprise winner on I’m A Celebrity 2012.

Now Danny wants a go, and OK magazine claim that Big Brother bosses have been more than happy to oblige.

The publication names the band’s guitarist as one of the celebs set to enter tomorrow night, alongside those already rumoured such as Frankie Cocozza and Natasha Giggs.

A spokesperson would only say: “The Big Brother executives are in talks with a number of celebrities about appearing on the series but we are not confirming any names at the moment.”

The 26-year-old hunk and his 27-year-old girlfriend Izzy looked the picture of happiness as they posed in our exclusive shoot and talked weddings and Izzy’s want for a tot.

Escala star Izzy told us: “I’ve wanted to be a married girl with children since I was 20. I’m now nearly 28, so I’m incredibly broody and ready to have a bun in the oven!

“I just love home, I cannot wait to be a mum and do all that.”

Dougie Poynter reckons McFly need to spice things up a bit.

The cute bass player was crowned I’m A Celebrity King Of The Jungle just before Christmas and then band mate Harry Judd lifted the Strictly Come Dacing winners’ trophy.

Now Dougie’s wondering what’s next.

DOZY McFly star Danny Jones had to be rescued by the AA on New Year’s Eve after filling his £70,000 diesel Range Rover with petrol.

The guitarist, 25, and girlfriend Georgia Horsley were driving 200 miles from Wakefield to London when he blundered in the early hours of Saturday.

He Tweeted: “Shocker! Distracted thinking about music ideas and I filled up with unleaded. Poor car!”

But Georgia, a former Miss England, wasn’t feeling so charitable. She Tweeted: “What a douch! Probably get home at about 4am!” {dailystar.co.uk}

McFly add extra shows to 2012 tour

HOTTY Dougie Poynter today announced the band’s plan to add four more dates, after such popular demand.

Tickets for the Spring 2012 ‘Up Close & Personal’ tour go on sale tomorrow at 10am after tickets for the original dates flew off the shelves.

And while the McFly bassist has been gushing about his love for girlfriend Lara Carew-Jones, couldn’t help himself from noticing the Duchess’ beauty at last night’s Military Awards.

The I’m A Celeb winner tweeted: “The royal babe was at the military awards last night. So so elegant, so lovely, so hot in the face”.
